Cartoon Logo Illustration

I have a picture of a woman and I want to turn her into a cartoon or caricature. I will provide the woman's face. I want the woman holding up a cop or bottle of tea. I have examples in the attachment how I want the design. The logo must say Bree's Sneaky Tea. Also provide fonts, eps, and ai files along with png file. I would like someone who is quick and efficient.
