I need a compensation consultant

This is a one-time project to assess the current rates of contractors at a small nonprofit. We hope to come out of the project having reconfirmed or adjusted rates for contractors, factoring in market data and rates, years of experience/geography/other contractor considerations. The right person will have compensation expertise, access to this kind of data and experience working with small teams to adjust or confirm their rates.
