Reward project

I am looking for a rewards and recognition system to motivate and engage my team. A great rewards system can help me keep morale at the office high and motivate my team to continue working hard. I'm open to suggestions on what type of rewards would be best, whether it be discounts, gift cards, or physical products. I don't have a specific budget in mind for the rewards yet, but I'm open to ideas. Lastly, I need this reward system to be implemented immediately.
