1. Internet and A/V in each BDR, living room, garage and den
2. Recessed lighting should turn on by motion sensor between 7pm and 7am
3. In each room (including the hallway), ceiling speakers should turn on when a person enters the room
4. When TV is on, the ceiling speakers in the room switch to the TV as a source.
5. Each room and bathroom has a google nest or Alexa pod
