Design snd create an app -- 2

I have a business that I created myself and it has grown enough o eat the years that have me thinking that I could really have my business need it from having its own unique app. It's is a retail handmade items business so anyone with any app design and creation experience I would like to have you consider this project. The more experienced the better since I am totally unaware of how the process works! I am not sure the length of time it will take to complete but I need it done in two months so I have the project set to a fixed and direct, one time pay at the completion.
