FB Ad expert for my Online Masterclass

Looking for a Consultation Session by an FB Ad expert on the following:
We are running facebook ads for
1. A 90 min online masterclass for a website making course. (Free Registrations)
2. A Self Mastery 5 Day Bootcamp (Rs. 199 registration)
So we want to run Lead generation campaign for 1 and conversion campaigns for 2 above.
However, my cost per lead and cost per conversion is high presently.
Cost per lead for 1 above is Rs. 50 and
Cost per conversion for 2 above is Rs. 600.
