Farkle game with F# programming

Hey there,

I'm looking for someone who knows F# programming language and I would like the help to finish applying the rest of my Farkle game, if there is someone interested and can do this work asap ill be willing to put in extra money.

Here I've attached an image showing the scoring system for Farkle, so I've done all the rules on the left-hand side of that image and need someone to be able to apply the rest of the rules and it needs to be working, also ill provide the code that I've done when someone contacts me, ps my code work now fine just missing the rest of the rules
