News aggregator plus analytics

I'm looking to develop a news aggregator with additional analytics. For example, I want to be able to define the data source feeds, use multiple key words and I want to see things like the number of times key words are appearing across certain websites over a defined time period.
For example I define 10 website sources and I want to see how frequently the word "covid" has appeared on the sites over the last 6 months (at monthly intervals).
Probably looking for this to be built in excel.
