Converted PDF to Excel file and Format Excel Data

I had a PDF document that I converted into an Excel file. I used on online converter but the data is not formatted in a way that I can use. I have included a Sample Output tab in Excel of how I need the data to appear. Notice on the Original Covered file tab that the Age/Cond./Life are all merged into one cell. I need that broken out into 3 different cells. See the Sample output tab for an example. There are also formulas in columns I to M on the Sample Output tab.
