Ring oscillator using SENTAURUS

Hi! I am trying to do a SENTAURUS project in which I simulate a tree-stage ring oscillator as an SDEVICE using FinFETs, but I am struggling to do so.
I would like that someone makes me SDEVICE code so that it works, as soon as possible.
(FinFET SDE and SNMESH for both pFET and nFET will be given to you)
