SURVEY EXISTING OLD COMMUNAL HEATING SYSTEM AND ADVISE ON REPLACEMENT / ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM -- 2

NOTE: - SITE SURVEY IN THE UK IS 100% ESSENTIAL
Acting as a director for the owners of self managed board, we own a 13 unit Victorian apartment block in Buxton, Derbyshire. The communal heating and hot water system pipework, valves and radiators are at least 20 years old but the gas boilers are less than 7 years old. The heating system is experiencing inefficiencies and some dead spots but the hot water system is working fine.
We need to either (a) replace the system with new, or (b) rip out the system and have 13 Nr. individual systems (gas or electric) installed.
We need a professional to survey the site and to carry out a feasibility survey together with calculation of budget costs for both options.
Attached is the latest report from a heating engineering contractor that last works on the system, for background information. The relatively new boilers (2 Nr) are both Worcester Bosch Greenstar 40CDi Classic models.
We would like a quotation for the initial feasibility survey and calculation of budget costs fairly urgently as we'd like to undertake the works on either option in Spring 2022.
