Looking for small server room type Electrical consultant for mining equipment setup.

I have a small room with few supercomputers in it. I am looking for expert in electric equipment setup.
I am using 10kv ups
And 5 kv ups

7 computers with each having 2000 kw load.
Two acs. With fluctuating power supply as it is an industrial area.

Every now and then either ups breaks or hardware gets busted. Need some expert advisory.
