Instructional Designer Requirement for Monthly Basis

We are looking for an Instructional Designer for storyboarding articulate storyline courses. The field is mostly IT and related.
Around 3-4 hours of work every day (weekdays only). We are looking for monthly basis. Please respond with samples and charges.
Graphics skill would be added preference.
