Buy stuffs online for me and earn a commission(3%)/Place online order

I am an e-commerce store owner in China. I buy stuff online outside of China(mostly the US), import and sell them to my customers here.
Sometimes my orders get canceled due to various issues like I'm not living in the US, or the website only accepts US credit cards.
So I'm looking for someone to place purchase orders for me using your credit cards.
I will pay you back with an extra commission of 3% of each order. Transaction will be made through freelancer. I will pay you once you place an order. Then I will confirm to complete the project once you provide the shipping tracking number from a website. It's not a big amount each time but I buy stuff that worth hundreds of thousands of dollars every year.
