Job Title: Dynatrace Specialist - Application Performance Monitoring
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Dynatrace Specialist to join our team and assist with Application Performance Monitoring for our Web and Mobile Applications. This is an immediate need, and we are looking for someone with strong expertise in Dynatrace services, coupled with a deep understanding of Application Performance Monitoring and the ability to provide timely solutions to performance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and implement Dynatrace servers and agents.
- Onboard applications onto Dynatrace platform.
- Create and customize dashboards to monitor application performance effectively.
- Ensure efficient alerting and incident management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize application performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Application Performance Monitoring setup and support.
- Strong proficiency in Dynatrace server and agent administration, configuration, and implementation.
- Proven track record of successful application onboarding and dashboard creation in Dynatrace.
- In-depth knowledge of alerting mechanisms, incident management, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with application architecture, business transactions, and root cause analysis.
- Previous experience in Web and Mobile Application Performance Monitoring, including issue identification and resolution.
- Experience in working with large scale applications.
- Proficiency in web application frameworks, microservices, containerization, and database technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, and networking concepts.
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position with a minimum duration of 6 months, with the potential for extension based on project requirements.
- The start date is expected within 2-3 weeks, subject to completion of interview clearance rounds.
- The interview process will consist of 2 rounds to assess candidate suitability.
