Dropbox App to "Reorder" files "within a folder"

We have the need to easily "reorder" our Dropbox files "within a folder" by dragging and dropping. We have tried and searched but with no success.
Looking to achive this one way or another.
If you feel you have a solution or can create a plug-in to Dropbox that can achieve this goal please bid here.
