Company and Trade Mark Registration

I am planning to open another venture, in New Delhi, which would be a subsidiary of my present company. The requirements include advice for which type of venture can open (Proprietorship or Company), trade mark registration, registration in startup India, mandatory labour law licenses etc. The scope of work can extend to the drafting of contracts between clients and other parties involved.
