.NET5 c# Screener client-server based (expandable to cloud)

Dear guys, I am a trader and I am asking for the development of a stock screener. The end result should be a web page for my personal use only. I would strongly prefer a server-client solution that could be expanded to a cloud based solution later on. The idea behind the screener is to identify stocks with the same ISIN that are traded on various stock markets worldwide. Then I want to compare the prices on the different stock exchanges. Therefore all prices need to be converted into EUR and then be compared. The GUI need to be in friendly colors and to be adjustable and allow me to change screening settings. I am used to sino-mx pro and the GUI should look and feel like I am used to work with (https://broker-test.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/image_1-18.png). Furthermore I want to be able to start multiple screenings in different tabs. So for instance in one tab all shares that have their home market in US, another tab for home market in Germany, and so on… The data will come for a German provider Lenz+Partner. They offer an api called Tai Pan Real-time that can be accessed via .net c# (dll). http://www.tai-pan.net/produkte/tpr.net/csharp.aspx . The whole data access must be done in real-time, so it will be quiet a lot of data. I will need the source code of the screener. The screener should be enhanced with the integration of a trade manager later on that automatically opens and closes the trades for me. Therefore it needs to connect to an api of my broker sino. Their software sino-mx is written in Java and can be directly accessed by their api (https://www.sino.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/API_Handbuch_Englisch.pdf).
