Setup DNS, SMTP, and MS Exchange for 100% Email Delivery

Hello,
We want to perfectly setup our Email service to avoid any non-delivery of emails. We want all our messages in a 100% go to recipients Inbox and 0% go to Junk/Spam.
We use the Email service in Office365 (or what it is now called Microsoft 365).
The task includes:
- Work on DNS setup.
- Work on Exchange Admin tools
- Any other that you as an expert know
The result shall be a credible online or on-device Email setup check tool that we will choose.
Looking for great Email/System/Networl Admins to help on this.
