My database for Graphic design

Greetings! I would like a budget/estimate for a database for LibreOffice with the functionality to generate reports, the same is for my work as a freelancer in graphic design, therefore it will have the "items" simple but accurate such as "time stamp, name and some related tags to design ". The database is for all the files generated: SVG-EPS-PNG-CSS-PAL related between each project. I'm not in a rush for it but I need it to be simple to be used in a "user" way.
Each of the items that are needed in the database and the output format already designed for it will be provided. So I would also need regarding the generation of metrics with the database, but this will be in a second stage.
Also the possibility of generating a database in MySQL for access by HTML of the same database in a third stage
