Barkley’s claimed no payment when I did pay.

Hello,
My name is Eric Buterbaugh and I need help proving to Barclays that I made electronic payments and did not miss payments, which were reported to and damaged my credit.
I made two electronic payments to Barclays on July 7th and August 5th. They reported no payments for two months which effected my credit score greatly. My credit score went from 780 to 700. I have electronically receipts for the payments. I contacted Barclays and they started an investigation case on both payments. I also reported this to Credit Karma
I have had this problem with Barclays a few years back and all they do is send repeated form letters even after I send them the correct information. Oddly enough when I recently contacted Barclays they found and old account with over 1200$ in it, which was my previous problem with this company. So there is an investigation on that issue as well.
Barclays is very difficult to work with through these matters. I would like these three issues settled, the two false reported nonpayment and to get my money out of this mystery account Barclays found. The overall goal is to repair my credit to where it should be.
