Dear Legal Controller,
For our e-commerce business, we are looking for a Legal Control Systems Officer.
Our business is focussed on the 3d printing market. We sell 3d printers and supplies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shortly we will be expanding to the whole EU.

You will be responsible for:
Defining legal strategy how to protect the business
Defining legal strategy how to have influence over competitors
Creating contracts, NDA's and IP agreements for staff
Creating and updating Policies for on the website (terms and conditions, privacy policy, shipping policy, returns policy etc.)
Keep updated about changes in the law
Be up-to-date about international law
Advising the director for legal risks and opportunities
Having contact with supplier or customers when there is a conflict
Designing legal processes and creating legal systems
Standardize and automate as much as possible
Apart from that, we are a young, innovative company. In other words, there is a lot of room for you to collaborate with our team on improving our workflows and processes. We like to give you room for your ideas!
We believe in making mistakes and personal leadership to help you become the best legal controller you can be! As we grow, there is also room for you to take on more responsibility. Good English speaking and writing skills are therefore essential.
What do you bring?
- You have followed a legal education in the past. You are graduated, you have your bachelors and your masters.
- You have at least multiple years work experience in legal controlling in a senior position
- Ideally, you also have some background in tech. Computer science, software engineering, data science.
