Web content writing, including research, technical understanding and media

We have an IoT product that is multi purpose (has many different uses). Our web site is mostly informative about the main uses of the product, but what we're finding is that we can actually go "beyond" what it currently offers and in fact, build entire use cases around the product.
Some companies have built their entire business around just 1 thing that our product does and they have dedicated an entire website to their product.
So we have decided that we want to create "focused" content around these unique use cases that an entire part of our business could be dedicated to each and every one of these focused areas. For example, say you have invented a very powerful GLUE and its amazing - this glue can be used in the consumer sector, but could also be used for business and health sector and agriculture and many other verticals. Each of these sectors would need plenty of representation on the website to cover all the topics and questions people in these industries/sectors would want answers to.
Following on the example above, the glue company would have domain www.glue.com as their main domain, but then they could have www.glue.com/health or /agriculture or industry etc.
This is what we want for us and we will need a very talented individual or company with various skillsets to make this content because we don't have time for it.
Our product is called SiB - which stands for Smart internet Button and our website is www.sib.me
When you go to our website you will see what we offer and how many uses the SiB button offers, BUT, there's many more things it can do and a starting example and this is where we want YOU to start, is an application where businesses can place the SiB button in various areas of their locations so that customers can press the SiBs to express their experience at the location. If they are happy, they will press a SiB with a smiley face, if they are so so, they will press the SiB with a serious face and if they are angry, they will press the SiB with the un-happy face.
The purpose of this, is to inform management of the overall customer satisfaction of their business and for a company with many locations, it can measure one location against the other to understand why the differences and if changes need to be made etc.
A company that is doing that right now what we want you to do is in the NOTE included as attachment - (we didn't want it here because of search engines finding the info).
Our product can do everything they offer and more, but we don't have a dedicated website with all the content.
So what we need is for you to understand what we're trying to do, what we are offering right now and then create all the content around it, including images and maybe videos as well. IF you don't have the skills for making images or videos we could discuss how to find a solution around this.
You will need HTML skills because you will need to do everything, not just the content but also the part of placing the content on the TEMPLATE that we give you. That's right, we have created a template which you will have to use and follow our strict guidelines so that it is compatible with the rest of our website and mobile ready etc etc.
In the attached notepad are the "technical requirements" of using the template we'll give you.
Once this "happy or not" type section is finished, we will have a job for ANOTHER section - the same type, but covering another use case for our product. We expect for there being a lot of them and potentially an ongoing job for a while. Each will be a separate job, but we expect there to be many.
