Lyricist and Composer for Music Video

We are planning to make a funky , cute ,girlish ,happy , catchy music video for our goofy teenage (Girl) Youtuber who makes funny , challenging , dare videos . We basically want a catchy line ( Just like of Tony Kakkar ;) ) which makes the audience dance and which should be also used as beauty shots in her regular videos. We don't want a music video dedicating to someone/something/or some scenario , we just want a happy 2-3 minutes of our music video (don't think of something motivational/successful/hardwork things) .
