DDEX Compliant XML Feed Music Delivery Tool for a Small Independent Music Label

We need a piece of software/program created that is defined has a "DDEX (Digital Data Exchange) Compliant XML Feed" for delivering music to digital music services such as Spotify for example, and also for gathering sales data, royalty data, other metadata, etc. We wish to avoid using digital aggregators such as Distrokid for example to deliver the music of our artists on to Digital Service Provider platforms. It must be a software/delivery tool with a delivery system that has a DDEX compliant XML feed and is capable of all the b2b transfer requirements that are necessary to comply with the rules of the various DSP's in the music world. This is a specific request. We need someone who is knowledgeable about this type of job, and preferably someone who has done this before.
