Cloud-based VFX Studio Setup - 14/04/2023 17:53 EDT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to help us set up a cloud-based VFX studio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud-based infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and VFX software (Houdini, Nuke, Maya etc), as well as experience with remote team management (ideally HP Teradici).

Responsibilities:

Develop a plan for cloud-based infrastructure to support a VFX studio
Evaluate and recommend cloud-based VFX software and tools
Set up cloud-based VFX software and tools
Configure cloud-based infrastructure to optimize VFX workflow
Ensure data security and integrity on cloud-based infrastructure
Manage remote team members and ensure seamless collaboration
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise

Requirements:

Experience in VFX and cloud-based infrastructure
Expertise in cloud-based infrastructure. VFX software and tools are a bonus.
Experience with remote team management
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
