Need someone who can decrypt " .iqll " ransomeware files and remove ransomware from laptop

My laptop is affected with " .iqll " ransomeware and all the files in the system have got the extension ".iqll'. I'm unable to view them or use them. I want someone who can fix this and help me with removing the ransomeware and decrypting the data in my lap. I'm from India and I pay for this.
