Location from CellID using an API
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need somebody that have experience to find location from cellular data such cellID, mcc, mnc and lac to provide advise of a good and general way to find this location.
You should provide some recommendation of what databases/API that can be used. Preferbly open and free API but if not possible we can look into paid services.
1) Suggestion how to programmatically find location of the cell tower based on above mentioned paramaters. What databases/APIs?
2) Make a piece of code that fetch the location. We want to use this code a refernce to implement in our system.
I assume this is a minor task if the freelancer already has the experience.
However, if it works there could be more work later.
We need to be able to test it with some API tool or if you provide a simple client where we enter the needed information.
