I need a Mechanical Engineer Freelance person in Georgia

Our company produces and sells Lawn Mower parts and accessories. We are looking for a partner that can start out doing freelance work with the potential to fully come on board base on performance. Our first step would be to get CAD designs for our current inventory and then move into new products that we are currently designing in-house.
