Need someone who can make me a business plan

I am seeking a talent who can turn my “already completed” business plan into a more professional more vibrantly presentable piece of work that I can use for investment pitches and possible financial assistance. I have limit experience and knowledge with what is desirable and am open to allow the exploration of another’s perspective, talents and skills for this project.
