I need a residential architect

Hi , We are looking to save some time and money. We know everyone is busy. We have picked the house plan we want on House Plans dot com. I plan on doing most of the work myself so we picked a house that would be easy to build and cost less to complete. the plan # is 1064-46 check it out. I will purchase the CAD plans and have them sent to you so you could make the changes that we want and make sure everything is ready to submit to the city. I would like the exterior walls be constructed of 6 inch x 10 ft .33 mil steel load bearing studs. The interior walls 4 inch x 10 ft .33 load bearing studs for strength like hanging cabinets and big screen TV's. Eliminate the vaulted ceiling because we have 10 ft ceilings now and make the garage 6 ft longer or so. And make the garage door 8 ft high. Everything else would stay the same. I did a quick manual J on It would need an A/C duct plan and I will have a 2 ton gas pac unit installed on the roof. We own the two lots in Prescott and Prescott Valley. and plan on building homes on both of them. But we want to concentrate on the P.V. lot for now.
