levels are as follows: level 1 gp& urgent care clinic and pharmacy , level 2 medi hotel (20 beds), level 3 medi hotel (20 beds), level 4 medi hotel (20 beds), level 5 medi hotel (20 beds), level 6 medi hotel (20 beds), roof -plants but screened from view
each medi hotel level should have 18 standard single beds with en suites, 2 accessible beds with en suites with 2 lounge activity areas, dinning areas with servery, staff office, consulting treatment zone, back of house facilities incorperating linen stores&cleaner rooms etc, UAT toilet, communal outdoor terrace.
basement: secure parking , (1 employee bay per 40 units, 1 visitor bay per 10 units, 5 accessible bays included with overall numbers. Sub station and switch board (7.2mx4.4m)
the ground floor would have: reception/concierge services, catering/kitchen, laundry, waste handling, materials handling, patient pickup/drop off, courier pick up/drop off, ambulance transfer, service vehicle and loading bays, and secure bicycle parking for staff (1 per staff) and visitor (1 per 10 units)
