Need MEP drawing... for a small roasting shop

I need mechanical plan drawing for AC ( we have 2 each is 5 Ton Ac unit) one for show room and one for Storage area for roasting.

We need electrical plans. I have the panel service detail in sheet A.107

Plumbing for Gas and water lines and all

we have basic electrical and mechanical and plumbing. We need more details and circuits and switches and mechanical BTUs...etc
