Job Description :
- Use CIVIL 3D CAD software to generate surface survey drawings, profile creation, cutting & Filling, Ditch modelling, contour, pipe networks, Open Road, excavation modelling, corridors, manage styles, and template development.
- Plan and develop a detailed design for site layout, site grading, storm drainage, SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan), rail alignments, ponds, ash landfill, and other civil-related components, as well as underground coordination with other disciplines and permitting support.
- Provide a range of drawing production work including site layouts, erosion control, grading plans, grading sections, stormwater, and details.
- Use other supporting software including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Office 365, Google Earth Pro, and Global Mapper 17 not Mandatory.
- Demonstrate knowledge of CAD standards and best practices.
- Learn and successfully apply company, client, and project drafting standards and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to apply formulas, principles, and practices to complete required drawings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of assigned and related disciplines.
- Successfully communicate and correspond with internal design resources and external clients and personnel.
- Execute design changes and project drawing revisions.
- Maintain CAD proficiency and work toward mastering current CAD systems.
- Completion of Drawings/designs using Autodesk CIVIL 3D and other software tools.
Required Candidate Profile :
- BTech, BE/Diploma in CIVIL with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Expert design software understanding of Civil 3D is preferred.
- Expert design software understanding of AutoCAD is beneficial.
- Expert design software understanding of Google Earth, Navis Works, Autodesk Revit, MicroStation, and Sketchup is added advantage.
- Expert knowledge in civil design systems.
- Expert knowledge in the theory and practices of civil discipline; competent in the fundamental concepts of other disciplines as they relate to the assigned discipline; and capable of operating related discipline design software necessary to execute production tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others (Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers both in Perth and Brisbane Australia.) in a multi-discipline project team environment to resolve design or drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to independently complete required design.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Years Of Exp: 5-12 years Max
