House design and plans

This project is to moves from design phase to sketch design to detailed design for a residential house building project. I have the property picked out and know what I want to achieve there with the house build. Need someone to 1. Develop the building footprint and establish house finished floor elevations and overall size. 2. Work with me to design the house in the style and aesthetic I have in mind. 3. Put together an overall floor plan and house layout. 4. Produce construction documents.
