Garratt Residential House Design
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
Hi There!
We are after an Architect and/or Designer for our personal residential house project, we have secured a piece of land and have a house plan in mind already. As we are required to have this signed off by the developer we are in need of using your expertise to adjust this house plan to meet our requirements and that of the developer so we can submit to them.
Key things we are after are;
1. Amend the floor plan we have into the new dimensions and configuration. You will need to enter this from the PDF files I can provide of the pre-existing floor plan that has main measurements, this just needs to be re-configured into the layout we are wanting and a few tweaks and filling in the gaps.
2. Elevations, we can provide a few images also and details on cladding and roof design.
3. Site plan indicating contours, setbacks, house positioning, site coverage, North sign (bearings and dimensions provided and details of what we are after I have already imposed).
4. Shed, Swimming Pool & Pergola to also be added into site plan, again will provide images and location of where we want these.
5. FFL, Cut & Fill details & Proposed retaining wall locations & heights (I have worked this out mostly also for you, just need a professional to check what I have done)
6. Basic Landscape Plan
7. 3D Rendered Images of the House and full picture (house & land - landscaping), this is not required to be fully accurate, but more to just give a general look and feel of what the finished product should look like to the developer (and us of course!).
If this is something that you can help us and provide us with DWF and PDF files of the finished product, then I look forward to working with you. We are wanting to get this done quickly, so only put your hand up if you can get stuck into this sooner rather than later please?
