Cad Architect

I am looking to have a golf buggy garage added onto the side of my existing double garage and it must be the same as others in our body corporate complete. I have our house plans and I have photos of what the buggy garage needs to look like - and also know the length and width. I am looking to have the buggy garage drawn up. Gold Coast City Council have confirmed I do not need permission to add on the buggy garage as we are in the gated residence of Royal Pines in Benowa.
