Assembly Systems
The process:
1. Build the simulation in 2D.
2. Build the flow process for each product.
3. Insert average processing time (refer table) for each step.
4. Insert the number of products that arrive for each product (refer table, already
highlighted).
5. Insert the working hour shift
a. Shift 1: 0830 – 1230
b. Shift 2: 1330 – 1730
c. Monday -Friday only
6. The simulation needs to identify the number of days that every product will complete
based on the average processing time, working hour shift, the number of products that
arrive.
To build the model you can use anything you what related to Tecnomatix Plant
Simulation 15 such as MU, Method and etc
For the result, I need:
• Number of days for each product to finish
• Display in Gantt Chart.
