I need some animation that should fit in all kind of devices.

this is what I want exactly : Mention "icando" in your bid to get better chance to be awarded .
1. Animation should fit in all kind of screens (desktop ,laptop, ipad, mobile portrait and landscape view) ** it should visible 100% in all kind of screen resolution
2. In the animation car should always at the same position from bottom of the screen , so the grass part is visible without scrolling the screen.
3. pins should animate infinitely
4. Car should animate only one time
5. pins should visible in all screens (it should have some space from top of the screen)
6. Top cloud parts should also visible in all screens
