Anime-looking 2D animation video

I work with a rock band which would like to have an anime-looking video for one of their songs. A one-character anime-looking music video. We have the song, we have the story, we even have a video storyboard, visual references for the character, editing & rhythm & color references, and the attitude to answer any question from the artist involved in the project, and provide him/her with all the information needed, in order to get the maximum of his/her expression in the anime style.
