Animated GIF Needed

I would like to create a GIF with three quotes where the animation rotates between each of the three.

I have attached a screenshot to this project description where I have circled the location on the example site where their respective gif exists. I would like to copy this exact design, including the timing, animation style, font type and size for the version we are creating here.
The three quotes I would like to use in our GIF are:
- The CSI Ratio, and its corresponding quadrants, are excellent predictors for identifying periods of general market appreciation and relative volatility.
- The Cyclical Strength Index (CSI) is a proprietary, data-driven, predictive market index, designed to offer historical-based insights into trending risk paradigms.
- Based on rolling performance measurements of select cyclical versus defensive sectors in the S&P 500, the CSI assesses the perceived market risk and predicts the market's short-term prospective movements at a given point, as discernable ratio.
I would like two different versions of the gif. Both versions will be structurally the same, but the color scheme for each will be different.
Version 1:
The background color will be black and the font will be white.
Version 2:
The background color will be transparent and the font will be white.
