Interface to healthcare wearables

Hi there
I am interested in having an API to use that collects data from healthcare wearables (initially just watches). Has anyone worked with one that may already be available and know how to interface to it? Possibly to android or to cloud.
Hopefully know about personal information security and healthcare record standards.

Project size and price would be dependent on how many devices you can provide integration to.
