Create a False GPS App with accuracy levels 0.0000 -- 2

Hi , i'm looking for a developer to built a app ,false gps app that works with Google API and Also uses the coordinates latitude and longitude of the desired location . Saying this , it's very important accuracy levels be precise as possible , I'm not looking for a random false gps for that I just donwload one from play store . It's important that accuracy levels stay at precise as it can be. Accuracy gps 0.0000 or bellow
