CNC laser with ESP32

I want to develop a CNC laser engraver/cutting using ESP32. The project requirements are:
1. Install and customize GRBL on ESP32.
2. Send GRBL commands to ESP32 (homing, reset, X+, X-, Y+ and Y-) from an Android/IOS platform using Wifi (2 alternatives can be explored, create an app or create a web interface ).
3. Streaming Gcode to ESP32 from an Android/IOS platform using Wifi.
4. Create a web interface or app for an Android platform to control (homing, reset, X+, X-, Y+ and Y-) and streaming Gcode to ESP32 over Wifi.
I need the help of an Engineer with broad knowledge of the contents specified above.
