Professional AFL development

I have a working version of an AFL code that needs to be used as the base to build on. A professional developer and trader will understand the requirements well. I prefer to work with somebody in India who has at least 5 years of work experience working in AFL and Indian Algo bridges to automate the solution effectively.

Budget is not a concern for a thorough bred professional developer cum trader.
