We are looking for a technical documentation writer who have a good command over any of the following tools/concepts:

DITA
Adobe FrameMaker
Adobe RoboHelp
Oxygen XML Editor

I am looking for someone to create a training study material (in the form of presentations and help notes for the presenter).
