Looking for a Virtual CFO
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Hi, We are looking for a virtual CFO. The services would be
1. To assist the CEO/Owner in running the finance function and support him in
meeting his goals.
2. To supervise and guide the finance team on regular basis, so that
management and finance team has adequate support to ensure that they
are following good processes and the department is functioning efficiently.
3. To provide a monthly financial MIS with P&L, Balance sheet and all
key ratios with comments on business performance. The objective of
the MIS is to ensure that management has a complete overview of their
business on a monthly basis and how the business is performing on key
parameters.
4. To do health check-up of overall business including expense analysis
and cost control
