Do WWF legends 2.1 game

I want the game wwf legends 2.1 ..as seen on YouTube. Modders made it , and its free. No source code needed. I want that and added dlc characters. Dlc i have a link to to get characters i want. They are already made. Just you must add music and moves that they do. And i want 1 character made from scratch. I have many examples of her. But you will have to create her. See pics..
